Tap at Valhalla, thx Adam V! Murky yellow body, off-white head. Bit salty, funky aroma, pineapple. Nice lemony, bitterish, minty pineapple taste, lean, dry, salty. Good balance, tasty.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque pale yellow with just a wee film of a white head. Lovely aroma of fresh citrusy and tropical hops. Light body, yeasty and minerally with great hop notes and a dry finish with hardly any bitterness. An excellent N/A IPA. 030126

Getting some Stonefruit layers of apricot and nectarine, mango, some citrusy marmalade shred, hop spice, pretty sweet malty backbone, hoppy bittersweet into the finish.

2024 vintage. Med-full body, low carbo. Med-high sweetness, light bitter, light warmth. Shitloads of dried fruits, raisins, oxidation really. Med caramel. Not bad, but boring and actually not very well made.

Thinnish body, could use more. Med carbo. Med bitter, med-light sweet. High beech smoke character, lots of good bacon. Very nice, even if a bit thin.

Tap, 2024, thx Gurthnar, at Valhalla. Hazy brown body, off-white head. Milk caramel, dates and dust. Milk caramels and raisins dominate the dusty, bit oxidized taste.

Tap at Valhalla. Mildly hazy ruby-coppery body, lasting thick off-white head. Creamy greasy smoky bacon aroma. Lean dry woody smokey taste, bit of caramel, bit herbal, low bitterness. Low astringency, but it's fine! Liked it far more than I expected.

(Keg at Juova, 20251221) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and almost white. Aroma had burnt malts, cocoa powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Palate was medium bodied, lightly warming and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa powder, ash, light sweetness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, cocoa powder and bitterness. A surprisingly good burnt brew with many adjuncts. ABV was rather well hidden.
