Nose is stewed fruits, herb, light yeast trail, hint of port.
Taste comprises fruit esters, fruit loaf, mellow port, hedgerow, yeast tickle, breads.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light kiss of booze.
Okay sipper.

A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Some Tripel spice and light nuttyness. Very mild esters. The port barrel - errmm yeah. Seems to soften and provide a touch of oaky vanilla. The port itself feels like it went through on stilts. A whisper of red berry fruits fruits on the finish, some black berries as well. Not bad, if the Port barrelling was bolder, this could have been very good indeed.

Helder goudgeel bier met schuim wat redelijk lang blijft staan. Smaak is fruitig zoet met wat citrus, banaan en wat honing. Degelijk bier.

Donkergeel bier met moois stevig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en frutiig met iets van citrus, wat kaneel en banaan. Uitstekende tripel.

Clear dark yellow appearance with lasting thin head. Not much of an aroma. Strong taste though. Starts malty and yeasty. Finishes with soft vanilla and has a dry alcoholic note too.

33cl bottle. Pours orange gold, medium hazy, with a nice head of fine white foam. Aroma is fruity and spiced, very nice. Body is average, with a good fizzy carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with final being fairly short.
