Lightly smoky orange, milky caramel malt, and orange peel aroma. Hazy orange-amber with small head. Mildly sweet orange. smoky caramel malt, and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Good body.

Pepper, berry, caramel malt, and hay aroma. Amber with small head. Very sweet lemon-lime, hot pepper, caramel malt, and lightly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance - very little heat.

Sample at the Draft Room during Sunday Family Funday on 01/26/2020. Slightly hazy copper color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of malt, chili pepper, chocolate and cinnamon. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, chili peppers, cinnamon and coffee. The finish is sweet and peppery with a Mexican cake aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

The aroma consists of malt, coconut and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of toasted coconut, chocolate and malt. The finish is toasty coconut and malt. Above average overall.

Sample at the taproom for Cincinnati Beer Week on 06/23/2017. Brown-black color with a medium creamy beige head that recedes gradually to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, chocolate and a bit of coffee. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, milk chocolate and coffee. The finish is creamy chocolate and malt. Decent overall.
