Dark amber, clear, bubbly thin white head
Aroma of caramel notes, barley malt, soft tea notes, fruity sweet caramel
Taste of caramel notes, soft tea, quite malty beer, dab of molasses, brown sugar, hint of dark honey, bit unusual
Palate - Medium body, rather sweet, bit oily, some soft bitterness, rather malty. Finish of sweet caramel, hint of brown bread.
Overall - Quite liked the flavour at first, but after a while found it got over sweet malty

500ml bottle @ Sound Cafe, St Davids. Perfectly fine golden ale. Pleasant malts, light sweetness, well balanced, but rather dull by the end.

500ml bottle. Reddish brown with a fizzy head that bubbled away fairly quickly. Sweet, caramel aroma that carries through to the flavour. Enjoyable

Clear, lively red/amber pint with a thin white head. Smells sweet, fruit and caramel. Taste is very pleasant. A bit of fruit, maybe apple, some caramel, a touch of bitterness in there to to balance it. Reasonable body to it and the flavour lingers quite nicely too. very drinkable.

Cask pint at the Prince of Wales (JDW), Cardiff. Deep golden to copper colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Very moderate malty aroma. Smooth malty flavour, not sweet. A slight fruitiness makes it very drinkable.

0,5L bottle (as a gift), BB 01.2015. Pours amber with off-white head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is sweet, malt, caramel, and some hops. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, and some fruity notes. Finish is dry-nutty bitter. Carbonation is high. Overall: ok brew.

500ml bottle from Tesco - Hazy yellow body, pillowy white head that went in no time. Citrus nose, with an orangey taste and medium body. Not that bad, but rather boring.

Amber with a modest off-white head that lasts well. Floral aroma with some citrus and spices, caramel, light bread. Sweet with more bread than caramel, vague fruity notes, some mild roasty notes: interesting and slightly rustic malt side of thing. Dryish and quite bitter with pepper at the end. A pretty good best bitter.
