This beer has some tast of elderberry its hazy amber colour .its better then many other danish Hefebeers.I guess you only can get it on Fanø island.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly tart, malty nose. Fairly light-bodied with lightly fruity notes - but no banana esters and yeast as in a real German Hefe. Actually there’s not much wheat character here. 091206

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, dark brown with a small, beige head. Weak notes of coffee in the aroma also containing chocolate and roasted malt. Medium body with a harmonious malt sweetness from the roasted malt and a smooth, lightly burned edge. Discreet bitterness. Quite pleasant. Style wise this is in the borderland to Schwarzbier. 301106

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. A little sweet flavor, short finish and watery palate. Way too much carbonation. OK pilsener, but too expensive.

Bottle. Nice big tan head but it fades in 10 seconds. Color is dark brown to black. Very high carbonation (too much). Aroma and taste is dominated by roast malt but there is also some chocolate, coffe and licorice to be found.
