Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. The nose is sweet tinned mango, apricot, syrupy, tinned pear and sweet dried fruits. The taste is mango, apricot, straws good deal of bitterness, grass and wood with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Very drinkable stuff, but the mango comes through as bit artificial/syrupy on the nose. Decent anyhow.

Craft100 fest at Craft Clapham. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer. Small white head. Palate is light and semi dry with modest fine carbonation. Light pale malt base. Mango! Big mango! Starts with a fresh mango vibe and then turns in to syrupy sweet mango from a tin. Whispers of orange and lemon provide citric contrast. Light finish. Objective acheived - very mango and very pleasant.

Cask @ Jolly Butchers, Stoke Newington. Tastes almost exactly like shredded wheat. Some sweet elements coming through, an earthy nuttiness and possibly a touch of citrus but the cereal aspects are too prominent for me. Perhaps shredded wheat would be a good food pairing for this?
