Malarazza è la birra artigianale siciliana, dal 2014.

Una sfida, oltre che un piacere quotidiano, per dar vita ad una nuova realtà imprenditoriale che faccia parlare della Sicilia per la generosità della sua terra e per le sue meraviglie.

Reinterpretiamo la tradizione brassicola legandola al territorio, per creare la nostra birra “mad in Sicily”.
Gli ingredienti della birra Malarazza: acqua, malto, luppolo, materie prime siciliane, innovazione e un pizzico di follia, selezionati con cura per ottenere un prodotto unico e di qualità.

Bottle split at L42, picked up in Palermo, 05/02/18. Hazed golden with a decenf off white cap. Nose is floral, yeast esters, strawberriwa, grass, light spice and herbs. Taste comprises lemon rind, earthy, grains, floral notes, yeast esters, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough refreshment delivering saison.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Cloj. Pours hazy orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, some saison yeast, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with notes of wheat flakes, more saison yeast, hay, lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with fine carbonation. Somewhat dry in the finish, more wheat flakes, lemon rind, yeast. Good stuff.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Cloin. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry, very mild carbonation. Soft grainy malts, little cream. Some herb and spice. Light dry tangy finish. Nothing out the ordinary here, standard saison.

Bottle@London Team Bottle Share, London - Golden orange pour with puffy white head. Sweet and light tart fruity, notes of lemon, grapefruit, light body, yeasty and hoppy finish.

Thanks! 330 ml. bottle sampled. Black, little tanned head. Nose is vegetable, herbal chili, sweetish, umami, low vanilla sweetness, very messy. Taste is weirdly vegetable chili, overly thick umami, herbal, low chili burn,… Too vegetable & umami for me,… Thick umami body & very messy non-coherent taste build-up.

Flarra hämtad från Comorrans land. Doftar Ladugård åh druv jos. Tydligt syrlig i mitten lite vattnig. Lättdrucken och i eftersmaken kommer druv jos. Maltig å smakar lite rostad sådan.,

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Nice aroma of zesty citric hops, yeast, mild spiciness and a soapy hint. Flavor has very light sweetness, citric hops, yeast, spiciness, a bit floral, and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Quite nice.
