Bottle at Belgian Beer Geeks Gathering. Hazy light golden with white head. Very yeasty, wheat, cloves, soft lemon zest, soap. Almost medium sweet and more bitter. A touch of sourness. Over light bodied. Not bad, probably better in the sun.

Bottle shared at Brewver Belgian Winter Gathering. Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, straw, hayish, cardboard, bitter, dusty. Firm carbonation, average body. Mwah at best, but a nice country tick!

Cloudy light pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, weird, a bit oxidized, some cardboard, pretty sugary impression, wort. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: very floral start, soapy, soft acidity, weird and rather unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: oxidized, cardboard, bitter, grains, hay, cow fodder, watery, meh.

Dorée/pale, léger paille, col blanc.
Pas vraiment mauvaise comme blanche – et un plus pour utiliser de la citronnelle locale.
Assez classique en approche, malt froment – léger pils, fruité délicat avec une note plus aromatique agrumes – florale.

330ml bottle, thanks Eric & Sylvie for picking this up in Martinique. Pours a cloudy pale gold, good frothy white head. Gently spicy, floral wit introduction on the nose. Flavour profile is lightly spicy, pleasant sweet elements, but finishing rather too abruptly, light and dry. Ok.

Bière 33 cl bue dans un restaurant à Baie Mantou en Martinique. Robe jaune trouble. Nez sur les céréalese et le citron. Bouche sur les céréales douces,le citron, petit côté savonneux ou produit ménager. Plutôt correcte.
