(Bottle 33 cl) My version was only 7% ABV. Dark brown with a reddish hue, decent head. Very malty and full-bodied, with some roasted, sweetish notes - although the sugar never gets cloying. Reminds me of an Abbey Dubbel. 280597

(Bottle 25 cl) Brewed with three different malts and added sugar this is a very dark but also very sweet beer - slightly brownish head. Lots of toffee- and caramel flavours. Almost a dessert beer - for chocolate mousse perhaps? Nice in smal quantities.... 030296

Golden colour, creamy white head. Rye-bread, berry-like flavor. Sweetish, medium-bodied, bready-malty flavor, grassy spicey notes. Strange blonde, I wonder if this bottle was really ok.

Bottle. Pale yellow colour. Big, white, unstable head. Aroma of fruit and mold, hint of white wine. Flavour starts bonbon-sweet, citrus fruity, grape. Tiny bitterness in the end. Medium body, soda-like carbonation. OK, but boring.

(Bottle 33 cl) Actually more amber than blond, what I usually refer to as fully golden. Filtered with a HUGE head that never flattens - quite impressive. Typical Belgian yeasty notes, otherwise fruity with some nutty notes. Fresh with some bitterness in the palate. "Celestus" is a brand for a Belgian supermarket-chain (have forgotten which) and I wonder if this is just a Tongerlo 6 Blond in disguise? 050305

A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is malty with notes of straw and a slightly sour background. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and a dry hoppy end.
