Tap at RedDot Boat Quay. Poured a clear light amber with a big frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is yeast, mineral, dry hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp refreshing light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. An average kolsch. Not really anyone’s favourite style, but hey, the view of the Singapore river at night and an awesome band In the bar more than makes up for an average beer :-)
