Tap at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a thin broken white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is big yeasty, saison like, light toffee, boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a crisp, dry yeasty, boozy alcohol palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A solid tripel which compares well with those brewed in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Bottle brewed in Melbourne - early this month (First Choice Liquor). Bright gold with a large white head that lasts well. Aroma of grapefruit, crackers, grass. Slight slick feel in the crackery malt but the citrus is bright and sets off the grassy/ grapey notes pretty well - the sauv blanc note are more obvious as it warms a bit, but I liked it less. Still, not bad.
