Tap at RedDot, Boat Quay, Singapore. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, yeasty bitter, light citrus, floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, fresh, light honey, herbal, floral dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at BeerFest Asia XI Edition, Singapore. Poured a hazy medium amber colour, with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, big biscuit dough. The flavour is light bitter, with a light, watery, herbal tea palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Somewhat like watery alcoholic tea. Not a real beer for me. I guess this style is more popular in Asia but I would not bet on it.

Tap at BeerFest Asia XI Edition, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light honey, light herbal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a grainy, yeasty, floral, light hop bitter palate. Didn’t really deliver on any of the promised flavours and if anything it was mildly infected. Drinkable in the Asian heat, but not a beer you want to order again.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 19. Misty gold, frothy pure white topping. Aroma has soft subtle hefe banana, not too overripe. Taste is decent weiz territory, soft overripe banana, smooth. Decent.

330ml bottle brought back from Singapore by a friend and shared by me at the Jan 2019 Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting between five. Huge white head on the misty golden body. Wheaty with very light banana and clove esters in the aroma, mild citrus flavours in the taste. Decent.

19th Jan 2019, Lager/Pilsener tasting session at home with the wife; old Veltins Pilsener glasses used. 330ml bottle (5% ABV), brought back from Singapore for me by a friend (bottle clearly states proudly brewed and bottled in Australia). Anyway no matter where it is brewed it's a fine Pilsener all round. Crisp and refreshing with a good sharp feel to each sip. Golden bodied, clean and clear; on top a white crown. Nice balance from the malty base and the hop content combining to produce a good thirst quenching Pilsener.

330ml bottle into pint glass. From ALDI, Riverwood. Fruity nose with a touch of malt. Hazy amber beer with a frothy white head and medium carbonation. Patchy lacing. Light body, smooth texture. Easy drinking ale with a little malt and a noticeably dry fruity finish. Interesting quaffer.

Tap at BeerFest Asia, X Edition. Poured a hazy reddish pink colour with a thin white head. The aroma is big earl grey tea, light dragon fruit. The flavour is big Saison like yeast, with a smooth, creamy, bitter tea, light sweet fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. This beer is all about the yeast and tea with some dragonfruit hiding in the background. Had a few sips but I was simply unable to drink more. Many beers sold out pretty quickly at BeerFest Asia, but this was not one of them. It’s easy to see why.
