Tap at the Boat Quay Brewpub. Poured a very slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, earthy mineral, yeasty, big yuzu fruit, floral hop. The flavour is bitter yeast soapy floral dry hop bitter. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

[ As RedDot Sauvignon Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, grass, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grass - green grass. Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

The flavour is light acid citrus bitter with a crisp dry earthy malt, light fruit, light spice, hop bitter palate and a lingering dry bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
