Tap at the Boat Quay Brewpub. Poured a murky medium brown with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet toffee apple caramel malt. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a dry earthy grainy malt, light creamy caramel light dry alcohol bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation.

Tap at the Boat Quay Brewpub. Poured a very slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, earthy mineral, yeasty, big yuzu fruit, floral hop. The flavour is bitter yeast soapy floral dry hop bitter. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

[ As RedDot Sauvignon Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, grass, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grass - green grass.
