Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly lightly peaty nose. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Woody madeira and caramel. Rich, fairly deep malt character. Warming peppery finish. Really good!

Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Almost clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose with some grapefruit peels. Sweet and plump, medium to full bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and resin hits hard, some Earl Grey tea. Inky bitter finish. Not great.

Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with floral hops. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey and summer blossom, turns to long but mild grassy, spicy bitterness. Pleasant.

Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Clear pale radioactive green, small head. Fruity nose with a minimal spicy tang. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough and hay dominates, the spirulina mostly affects colour. Mid bitter finish. A too sweet, otherwise harmonious lager with a highly offensive colour.

Tap at the Boat Quay Brewpub. Poured a murky medium brown with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet toffee apple caramel malt. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a dry earthy grainy malt, light creamy caramel light dry alcohol bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation.
