Draught at the brewpub on July 9, 2013.Part of a 6 beer sample tray/flight.Clear amber color, almost towards copper oxide, white head. Hoppy, fruity, sweet, herbal taste. Sweet, hoppy, floral aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness. Sweet, hoppy, floral scent.Fresh and nice.

Draught at the brewpub on July 9, 2013.Part of a 6 beer sample tray/flight.Info stated the beer to be at 5.5% ABV.Clear green (yes, green) color, white head. Looks fantastic! Sweet, malty, a tiny bit grainy taste. Herbal finish. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, malty scent. Other than the color the beer is non distinct and perhaps even boring.

Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Fruity, citrus, hoppy scent.Very fresh, nice, drinkable, for my taste is tastier than many Kölsch I’ve had in Köln.

Bottle 500ml. plastic.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, spicy, minerals. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, anis seed, yeast. Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head - seems over carbonated. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, caramel, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, yeast, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is spiced, dry phenolic and toasted malty. Toasted malty, yeasty and light phenolic. Mild caramelish. Bitter and toasted finish.
