Draught at the brewpub on July 9, 2013.Part of a 6 beer sample tray/flight.Hazy straw yellow color, white head. Banana, sweet taste. Dry phenolic sort of light acidic finish. Sweet, banana scent. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.Not bad, but lacks some character.

Draught at the brewpub on July 9, 2013.Part of a 6 beer sample tray/flight.Clear honey golden color, white head. Hoppy, citrus, bitter taste. Hoppy, bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Fruity, citrus, hoppy scent.Very fresh, nice, drinkable, for my taste is tastier than many Kölsch I’ve had in Köln.

Herbal bitter finish. Medium a bit fizzy mouthfeel, medium high dry herbal bitterness. Sweet, malty, a bit sugary scent.Clean and nice.

Bottle 500ml. plastic.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, spicy, minerals. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, anis seed, yeast. Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head - seems over carbonated. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, caramel, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, yeast, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.
