Crystal clear copper with almost non-existent white head. Aroma of line and soft citrus. Slightly thin mouthfeel follows through with massive pine and flora. Effervescent rounded on the to the in the end. Slightly bitter and nice dryness.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, spruce, resin, orange - citrus. Bottle shared by Butters at the 16th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering, 11/5/11. Pours a clear brown color with a thin tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of smoke, chocolate and brown sugar. The taste is smoke, chocolate, roasted malts, plum-like fruit notes and a bit of an acidic note. Medium bodied. Interesting.

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, wood, and a bit of tar, leading to a dry, woody and burnt finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
