About
The history of BrewBaker began back in 2005 - with a small, fine restaurant with its own brewery at Bellevue S-Bahn station. After a few intermediate stops, we set up shop with BGM Berliner Getränkeemanufaktur GmbH in Sickingenstrasse in Moabit from 2013 to May 2019. BGM and Brewbaker have been going separate ways since June 2019. With immediate effect, living beers UG will take over the marketing of Brewbaker. A new production facility is being planned.

bottle from bierpost. Deep brown, almost black, small beige head. Sourish nose. Medium-bodied dark, chocolatey, coffee but also with a sourness that makes it rather wild.

Tasting at Bruce’s new pad. Thanks to Bruce for this. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is smooth with fine minerally carbonation. A little smooth malt. Mellow sourness, a little lemon and a whisper of green melon. Light finish. Okay.

Bottle at Bruce’s new pad, thanks to our host, 15/10/13. Murky yellow amber with no head. Nose is tarte fruit, gooseberries, light sugar, lemon rind. Taste comprises tarte peach, tangy bitter apricot, lemo rind, straw. Light in bodiment, fine carbonation with a little prickle, dry crisp finale. Uber refreshing BW and nice to have one from Berlin !

Bottle. Cloudy wheat coloured with no head. Tart acidic wheat nose. Flavour is dried tangy fruit, tart and acidic, fizzy on the tongue with a dry tart finish. Enjoyable.
