About
The history of BrewBaker began back in 2005 - with a small, fine restaurant with its own brewery at Bellevue S-Bahn station. After a few intermediate stops, we set up shop with BGM Berliner Getränkeemanufaktur GmbH in Sickingenstrasse in Moabit from 2013 to May 2019. BGM and Brewbaker have been going separate ways since June 2019. With immediate effect, living beers UG will take over the marketing of Brewbaker. A new production facility is being planned.

Bottle shared at Bruce’s in London - thanks to Bruce for this one. Pours cloudy yellow with a light, white fizz head. Nice sour lemon aroma. Light sweet flavor with great tangy lemon and very clean sour bite, mellow lacto funk, faint dry bread sweetness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean and tangy to finish, more sour lemons. Great balance and extremely drinkable. I loved it.

Bottle thanks to Bruce. It pours hazy golden with pretty much no head. The nose is tart peach, nectarine, mild sweetness, lactic, touch of vanilla and cola cubes. The taste is clean, tart, mild acidity, lactic, tart peach, lemon, orange and cheesecake with a dry, tart finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Smooth, tart and very easy-drinking. Nice stuff.

Pours hazy yellow with a foamy head. Aroma of tart fruits, yeast, sourness and fruits. Taste is harshly sourish, tart fruity and sweetish with lemony notes. Finish is smooth, slightly tart and sourish with hints of wheaty yeast notes. Okay.

Pours clear golden with a smooth head. Aroma of grassy hops, malts and grainy notes. Taste is grainy, a bit raw malty with hints of grassy hops and sweet notes. Finish is bitter, grainy and malty. Okay.

Pours hazy yellow with a foamy head. Aroma of tart grassy notes, hints of malts and hops. Taste is slightly tart and hoppy with hints of grass and malts. Finish is bitter and malty. A bit strange.

Bottle, abv 4.8%. Cloudy golden with a thin head. Aroma is citrus and Ginger. Flavour is ginger on a dry citrus and al little sweet malt. Finish is dry tangy, good for a hot day or spicy food.

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy weak acidic aroma. Fruity wheat malty slightly tart flavor. Has a wheat malty spicy and slightly tart finish.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium red orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart fruit, sour milk. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130427]

Draught. Jet black with a tan head, ok lacing. Aroma is toasted malt and berries. Flavour is dry burnt malt, toasted nut, some blackcurrant on a smoky finish. Palate is dry toast.
