Cloudy blond colour. The hop character is moderately dank and herbal, with citrus peel. The malt character is somehow anonymous, wet paper, rice, oats.

473mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma brings out lots of lactose, citrus hops, and bready malt. Flavour is very floral, with lots of citrus hops, lactose, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp and bitter finish. A bit harsh, but it's solid.

16oz (thx, Kory V.!) at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice hops aroma with pine and some tropical fruits. Taste: along the same lines with noticable bitterness that is becoming a bit harsh afterwards. Overall: decent.

Pale and cloudy. Fairly bright tropical hops on the nose. It's got some sweet lactose accents, with again the same tropical accents. So not bad but I do find that the lactose sort of messes with the program.

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a big frothy-foamy off-white cap, good retention and some light soapy streaks. Maybe a tad of haziness, very slightly unfiltered. Fresh mango juices in the nose with some hoppy citrus and hints of honey. The fruit is milder in the taste, well-blended with the light hops that still create some good bitterness. Dry lingering mouthfeel. Quite a nicely brewed fruity Session IPA.

Second flavoured sour of the night, pouring a lightly hazy, light golden with a frothy white cap, decent retention and some light creamy lace. Citrus sourness with the lemon and lime, for aromas, with some tartiness. The taste seems like true citrus that are squeezed, and not perfect essences. Some mild sourness with a shorter finish, but not sudden. Not much tart is left on the tongue, but very light yeast. Feels like a micro sour.

Can that pours a very light golden colour with a bubbly white cap that fizzes not as quickly as most, leaving a small ring of tiny bubbles. The aromas actually smell like freshly pressed apples. Not fake at all. The taste is on the sweet side though. Still real apples flavours and not syrupy at least. Lightly dry finish that helps this one true Premium refreshing apple cider.

Pours a slight unfiltered, tiny transparent particles, a big off-white warm cap, good stay and some spotted lacing. More hoppiness for a lager than most, nicely balanced with the mild cereal malt grains. Hints of spiciness. The hops are lighter in the taste, but still well-showed over the malts. Mild dryness in the mouthfeel. Again, a nice touch of spices in the background. I must say that this quite nice and refreshing for such a low-alcohol, regular lager. I grace you the Premium word with it.
