Can from Corti Bros. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Mixed tropicals with a very light hint of dank for aroma. Med body. Mixed tropicals for flavor. No dank hint. Reasonably dry. Lots of hop covers the caramel. It's decently bitter. I'm going with passion fruit, pineapple and citrus/pine for hop flavors. Just a bit earthy as well. Tastes good.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is mild caramel with not all that much hop. Med body or so. Flavor is pale stone fruit, caramel and possibly a bit of citrus - but it's coming across more like a bakery confection than a West Coast hop. Not that it's super sweet, but the hop just doesn't obscure the malt. Never really been a fan of balance when it comes to hop vs. malt. It's a drinkable IPA, just not a fantastic one.

Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pours bright gold with a nice white head. Aroma suggests white grape and wood. Sort of tropical. Med body. Flavor is dry, has white grape and wood aspects. More like a Brut sparkling wine than any Brut IPA I've tried so far. Bitter, but perhaps not hop bitter - sort of a light pineapple acidity working with white grape and wood. Of course there's no grape and wood likely here, but whatever was done it comes out that way for me. Pale malt support really distinguishes this from wine. Then with time the pineapple which was barely present morphs into something more like passionfruit. Nothing juicy about this ale tho. Those who like dry sparkling wine might enjoy this. I do.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy orange gold with a whitish head. Blood orange aroma, with a seeming banana hint. Med body or so. Flavor is blood orange - and I think this is just a bit of banana. Reminds of the fibers that strip off the banana after peeling. Dry. Mildly citrus bitter. Probably more appropriate for June than December. :)

355ml can into glass. Cloudy amber beer with thin frothy white head. Creamy orange sherbet nose, very nice. Light body, bitter taste with a refreshing orange finish. Nice enough but not very wheaty for a Hefeweizen.

Pint during happy hour on 17th Jan 2018 at the OB Brewery Tap, Ocean Beach, San Diego. Clean and clear golden body, thin white head. Refreshing rather than tasty, this is a thirst quenching beer. Light aroma of a floral and mini grainy nature. The taste is leaning towards a mild malty flavour with a little hint of hop bitterness mid-gulp.

Can from World Market in Davis, CA. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is moderate citrus over mildly roasty malt. Flavor is mild citrus, and arguably a bit orange citrus. Fairly dry, moderately astringent and decently bitter. Ok session ale.
