Taster at VooDoo COS. Pours a clear, pale, straw color, with a small, white head. Rose, lemongrass, straw, and hemp. Sweet and a bit phenolic, with a thin, floral bitterness. Light, sticky, and thin. Aromatic, if a bit weak.

Taster at VooDoo COS. Pours black, with a tan ring. Vanilla, maple syrup, light aged rum, and chocolate. Cloying and sugary. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, and thick. Decadent and flavorful. Quite fun.

12 oz can. Pours a dark brown color with a medium sized beige head that has fair retention. The aroma is medium in strength with well roasted grains and some burnt toast. The taste is well roasted grains, bitter walnuts, some caramel and baking chocolate. The palate seemed just a tad thin--but that seemed to work and make it very gulp-able. Finishes long and semi sweet with lingering chocolates. Overall: Decent porter

12 oz. can from Molly's Spirits in Lakeside, CO. Pours a semi-clear pale straw yellow color with a white head and decent retention. Scattered lacing. Light lemon/citrus aroma. Light and bright pale lager flavor with a light citrus finish. Light body. High carbonation. Not bitter. Clean and crisp. Easy drinking and enjoyable. Good example of the style.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is slightly spicy with some floral, wooden and mild yeasty and earthy tones. Flavour is a bit dough like with grains, some citrus, spices, mild berries as well as some wooden tones. A bit homebrewish feel to it.
