Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, clove, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, yeastm sweet malt. Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Hazed murky orange/amber with moderate off white spotting/edgework. Nose is banana, yeast esters, clove, toffee. Taste comprises nana, toffee, yeast, spice pretty much as aroma. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dry close. So so Dunkelweizen.

Bottle. An unclear, dark amber colored beer topped by a dense, off-white head. The aroma is quite phenolic, cloves, caramel, some citrus and maltyness. Pretty sweet on the palate, full-bodied and quite carbonated. Cloves, citrus and caramel maltyness in the flavor. Rather short finish. Overall, sort of boring, but clean and still tasteful. 140228
