Many thanks for this Polskoe Gratzer beer to Dariusz Sokol. Piwo ma wielka piane, trwala i puszysta, spora metnosc, pachnie delikatna wedzona szynka, w posmaku ser wedzony, ser parmezan, nieco tradycyjnego polskiego zsiadłego mleka i zurek tradycyjny. Fajne, treściwe, może mało chmielne ale udane piwo, wprawia w istnie polski, szampański nastroj.

33cl bottle from Boise Co-op. Black, oily pour, small finely beaded beige head. Aroma is baking chocolate, cinnamon. Taste adds light coffee notes. Semi-sweet palate, like a 70% cacao bar. Tasty.
