Sample from 75cl bottle at Alexander Wines Spring tasting. Appearance - clear golden and with steady, almost frantic, carbonation. Nose - green apple, pear and gooseberry. Taste - more of those luscious but freshly acidic green fruits. Palate - light bodied, elegant fruity middle with fresh fruit acidity on the finish. Low fruit tannins. Overall - great cider!

75cl bottle shared with Soph whilst blasting out Monster Magnet on a rainy dismal November evening. Hazed gold. Aroma has light orchard fruit, floral, keeved fruit. Taste presents a nice medium character, fine natural carbonation, nicely keeved overall with a moderate sweetness, mild apple pie, soft vanilla and pleasant dusty tannin on the finish. Nicely balanced, pretty good medium cidre.
