Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'Shochiku', bottled in July 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little grassy aroma of grains and some straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly grassy taste of grains and some straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy and a bit metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very bland, rather neutral, forgettable.

640 ml bottle from a Korean grocery store! Hell yes. Pours a clear yellow hue with a large white head. Soft fruity bready nose. Sweet, bready, toast, some paper, dust, pear. OK. Drinkable. Not bad. I'll finish this easy.

Clear golden coloured body with a pure white head, about three centimetres tall. Aroma of light fresh malt, some herbal hops, sugars and a dose of rice and funky grain. Not too bad in the nose, actually. Light sweet malt at first with hints of rice and grain and a dose of caster sugar, tiny hints of fruits and a finale of grass and herbs, but overall, a bit refreshing and definitely not obtuse or bitter. Aftertaste is mild, watery and subdued throughout with more sugars and rice than anything else. Overall, a pretty standard beer for the style, but on the positive side of things, not bitter, not metallic, just a touch sweet and very watery. Not a bad drink for a hot day here in Hong Kong (or in Seoul). I sampled this 500 mL can purchased from Wellcome (Empress Plaza), in East Tsim Sha Tsui on 30-July-2017 for HK$6,90 sampled on the streets of my last day here in Hong Kong [on this trip] after the Man Mo Temple with my wife and daughters on Hong Kong Island on 04-August-2017.
