Bottle, 7% as Burgbier Bok. Yeasty liquorice and alcohol aroma. Hazy, very dark red/brown colour. No head. Quite yeasty flavour, fruity with a very distinct raw liquorice note. Too low carbonation, just barely enough. Strange beer, drinkable for a while until it gets too much. 5 3 5 3 8

Bottle, 4.0%. Strange spicy aroma, slightly citric. Very cloudy yellow colour, small white head. The flavour is surprisingly good, considering the aroma. Mild flavour, low bitterness. Slightly watery with a hint of spice. Needs to breathe a bit, then the aroma improves. Grows on you.

Hazy orange, small white rim as head. Seaweed, iodine, shrimps, some malt and citrus in the nose. Very dry citrussy taste, finishes like a good Cantaloupe melon. Extremely dry, medium bodied, bitterish-hoppy in the aftertaste. A nice beer - but a Dort as my program by PINT claims??? Completely out of style. Belgian ale fits it much better.

A hazy orange beer with a disappearing head. The aroma is yesty with some sour spice note I don’t like. The flavor is sweet malty and flowerey hoppy as well as very yeasty.

Clear golden color, short white head. Aroma is hoppy and grainy. Dry hoppy taste, bitter. Dry palate. Quite like a pilsener, but a bit complexer in taste, and with refermentation in the bottle.

Cloudy black color, short brown head. Aroma of heavy roasted malts, bread, licorice, coffee, raisin, bit vegetable like. Taste is quite the same. Quite strong taste of roasted malts, bit sour yeast, vegetable again. Very weird, maybe it's because it's the smallest brewery in Holland. Initially, it's a pretty nice brew, but at the end the flavor gets a bit too strong or something, very odd.
