Pours a bit on the clear side for a Hefe, but it does throw up a nice head and has a good deep yellow color to the body. Malty sweet aroma. A touch of sourness, some light banana. Nice full body.

Bottle from GBBF 08. I don’t think I’ve had too many beers from Utah (4 before this one). Beautiful amber colour. Thin lasting beige head. Attractive enough sharp grapefruit aroma, some malt in there too. Bit of candy sugar flavour on the malts. Good solid hops all over it. Nice lasting bitterness on finish. Really delicious piney hop all through it with enough malt to balance. Very drinkable. Shame I only got one bottle. Very likeable.

Bottle from GBBF 08. Very dark brown, thin tan head. Roasted malt aroma, milky coffee and some milk choc. Very attractive mocha in mouth. It rather dies in the mouth. A touch ashy maybe. A bit cola-ish in the middle. Some choc on finihs. Some blackberry/plum fruit. bit disappointing.

12oz bottle. Filtered, clear yellow-orange color. Sweet, mellow peachy-apricot aroma. Highly filtered taste or lack there of. There is a pleasant, crisp hop balance to the beer that makes it passable. Mystery ABV. Overall a mildly hoppy, watery, session beer.
