Bottle. Caramel and regular pale ale aroma. Nice color, light amber. Citrus and hops finish the beer.

Thanks to Argo0 for this one. Pours a hazy orange amber colored body with a creamy off white head. Delacate fruity aroma. Softly sweet with a touch of bitterness. Restrained in the flavors, but this puts the pieces together nicely and a decent body delivers the package appropriately.

Bottle Pours a clear but very dark mahogany, and a very thick creamy tan head that coats the glass and stays. Aroms are very sweet caramel, over-ripe apples and brown sugar. Flavor is quite hoppy and definately keeps up with the rich sweet malts. Late bitter kick on the trailer. For over %10 the alcohol flavor is very modest. Yes, quite bitter. A bit much I think for me. Very soft carbonation, which is nice for this style and a very soft smooth heavy feel.

Bottle. Not a whole lot of aroma comes from this beverage, slight malt smell. Flavor is a little to be desired. Malty, hoppy, flavor is a little too watery for my tastes. Not awful, just not great.

This beer came in my beer club. I have never heard of the brewer before. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bronze color with almost no head. The aroma is light sweet grapefruit. The flavor is grapefruit, brown sugar and sour nut. The sour nut lingers on the finish.

2004 bottle: XI. Brown, small head. Fizzy. Sweet caramel aroma. Taste: sweet, followed by bitterness, then burnt toast, and alcohol.

An unclear amber beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy - and so is the flavor combined with some over ripe fruit notes.

Fiery amber colour. Bright citrusy aroma. Fresh citrusy, slightly woody palate. Moderate bitterness. Light toasty malt balance. Solid APA.
