Amber, No head. This has a rich sugar, light apple, touch of cinnamon and some vanilla sugar. Sweet with a cinnamon with a touch of acidity with a whack of brown sugar. Solid.

Sampler. Pours clear golden. Aroma is aged apple, wood, gummy bears. Body is medium, with a strong apple sweetness, no carbonation, boozy but nicely intense. Wood again. Quite well balanced. Good!

From a 50ml sampler. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma is honey, walnut, intense apple nectar, woody, lots of quince. Taste is intensest apple nectar, honey, nutty again, sweet, a slight bit tart as well, tannic finish. Walnuts in the aftertaste. Full-bodied, viscous, thick. Not the best Ice Cider I’ve had, but a really good drink. However, I expect no less of Ice Cider anymore.

Prueba cortesía Cimmeria. 21..04..2017. (r25). Color ámbar pajizo rubio transparente. Sabores intensos dulces de manzana con una buena dosis alcohólica. Cuerpo medio a intenso, meloso, denso. Bastante buena. Para repetir sin duda.

A dark golden cider with aroma of beautiful apple jam, light maple, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a beautiful complex mix of cooked apple jam, light maple, light acidity, alcohol warmth, nice and enticing. Bottle at L’autre oeil.
