Bottle 375ml @ Rasmus. Pours hazy golden with no head. Aroma is tart with notes of apples. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium sour with a long sweet apple and tart finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

7-3-6-3-13 Bottle, #2022-01, 20 months before bbd. Pours Pours red, with no head. Aroma is apples and raspberries. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of raspberries, musty apples and floral notes. Short fruity finish. Easy drinking and very refreshing.

Bottle, 75cl. A deep red cider, sparkling and with a small intense pink head. The aroma is lightly funky, barnyard, lemon, leather, with raspberry at first, but it soon turns out to be cherry. Marzipan-like cherry pit notes too. In the back, as a foundation, there's a nice apple scent, well-ripened apples that is. It's quite dry on the palate, yet with some residual sweetness. Pleasant soft carbonation and some lemony acidity. The flavor skips the raspberry hint and goes directly to cherry, still with ripe apples as a backdrop for the other flavors. Leathery, barnyard-ish funk, hints of grass and apple cores and some cherry pits. Lasting gentle finish with a good mix of apple and cherry, combined with some funk. A very pleasant rosé sider indeed. 230915

Gusher. Big fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry floral, hay, flowers, yeast, apple peel, minerals, grass, ripe apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, leafs, sorrel, hay, flowers, minerals, yeast, apple cores, grass, unripe apples. Medium biterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Weird.
