Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, yeast, apple sour - tart, tart fruity notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, yeast, farmhouse, fruity, apple sour, dry, tart notes. Bottle@Yesprs - Slow gusher! Pours golden yellow with a white bubbly head. Fruity and flora. Hoppy aroma and taste, some nice lemon citric zing, nuances of dry apples on the palate, nice mouthfeel, high carb, dry fruity finish.
