bottle from Benzai, nice light hazy reddish brown with a beige head, aroma of malts, sweet, alcohol, raisins, dark fruits, caramel, Taste of brown sugar, sweet malts, candy sugar, brown sugar, grain, lots of dried dark fruits, raisin, toffee, rye, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, umami, oily feel, soft carbonation, long finish, medium to full body, actually very nice

Red brown colour with thin creamy head. Aroma and flavour a fair amount of sweet malts. Some sultana sweetness too. Fairly light bodied.

Fruity raspberry nose. Opaque dark brown colour with a ruby hue, good frothy tan head, mostly diminishing, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malts, raspberry, faint caramel, candy sugar. Flavour medium sweet, light bitter and sourish, malty, raspberries, chocolate notes.Medium body, watery to oily texture, average carbonation, light sweetbitter aftertaste with light sour raspberries and a bit milk chocolate, strange yet well-balanced and well-executed brew, interesting.

Draught @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2017. Murky pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly wheat, heavy grapefruit and citrus bitter, bitter.ight be too bitter for some but I like it. Nice (although I doubt whether it’s a real berliner weisse).

Very good, dense & fine yellowish cream head over deep dark ruby to chestnut beer. Very creamy nose, hints at vanilla, caramel, dark candi sugar, dark green leaves, liquorice. Very sweet all in all. Human sweat, liquorice, dark malts & melanoidins; roasted bitter retronasal mainly. Chocolate suikerbonen . Mushy feel despite serious carbonation, and somehow it seems to strive to be richer than it is. Tell me... Rochefort 10 était dans le collimateur, non?... But the collimator was turned 45°, I fear.
