Perhaps the most beautiful and remote brewery in the Netherlands!
Traditionally brewed beer as it has been made for hundreds of years.
Bierbrouwerij De Pauw is not a modern beer factory full of measuring and control technology, but an old-fashioned brewery. The only tools are a watch, thermometer and scales. All Pauw beers are top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised and with secondary fermentation in the bottle. We brew various types of special beer in an artisanal way, mostly according to Belgian recipes.

Bottle, gusher, really annoying. Brown color, big white head. Aroma of anise and coriander. Taste is spicey, with anise and cinnamon, but again with an unpleasent metallic note.

Bottle. Gusher, had to be quick. Ruby amber, white head. Aroma of yeast and iron malt. Taste of metallic malt, some caramel and hazelnut. Bit thin and not very interesting. I like metal in my music, not in my beer.
