Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some sour lemon with sweet grains, barrel and a bit of butterscotch. Flavor combines sour lemon with butterscotch and is supported by a light barrel note.

Bottle from Bon Vivant’s Companion. Black body with a thin beige head. Good lacing. Aroma of liquorice, wood and plum. Flavour of dark chocolate and underripe plum. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A solid Porter, although I expected more complexity for the ABV.

Tap at OF. Ruby amber body. Oily, steady head. Tastes like homebrew. Flattish carbonation. Sweet caramel and amber malt. Quite uninspired. Weak. Wack.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 20 July 2016) Hazy golden colour with creamy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with tropical fruit, citrus and black-currant. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, toast, black-currant, grapefruit, blackberries and a generous citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Solid and well made IPA with a generous hop presence. Very nice.

Very dirty with rubber, bitter almond, leather and soil. Nice
Fleshy cherries but too many off flavours to quite work for me.

The beer is a tannish yellow orange color. Smallish white head, not sort fizzy but the bubbles dissipate pretty quickly. No lacing. The aroma is full of nice stone fruit. More apricot than peach for some reason. Very light funk. Nice enough lacto note. Taste is medium tart. Not nearly as much fruit as the aroma. Kinda oaky and fruit skin-ish. Not bad just not a ton of depth. Medium-light body. Pretty good but not my favorite from O’so.

Bottle shared. Very hazy orange with a ring white head. Aroma of big Brett funk, barnyard, big manure at first, citrus, lots of fruit coming out, mineral notes, vinous notes and hay. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall a really solid American Gueuze and surprisingly good.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Very hazy golden with short lasting white head. Hay, funk, some lemon and peach, soft horse poop, some white pepper, sweet malts, light plastic and fuel. Under medium sour and sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with some fizzy carbonation. Quite nice!
