500ml bottle from Morrisons online. Clear amber, small white head, some retention. Aroma of caramel malts, some stone fruits. Taste does have a nice light fruitiness, berries and raisins, with supporting biscuit malts. More flavour than your average best bitter. Light to moderate body. Good.

500ml bottle from Asda, Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham. Pours gold, moderate sized white head, leaves a decent looking top. Sweet malts, citrus, zest, some biscuit in aroma. Taste is like aroma, quite biscuity with citrus, zest and pine notes coming through. Quite dry, almost astringent, but its light and refreshing which counters this somewhat. Nice even if its not a standout golden ale.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear gold, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is quite orange noted but with subtler fruity and floral notes and background malts which suggests it wont be one dimensional. Taste is orange, grapefruit, melon, malts. There is a nice soft mellowness to this but then the finish is has a light crisp bitterness, spice and a subtle tanginess. Light to medium bodied, refreshing without being watery. I wasn't expecting much from this but found it to be very enjoyable.
