Pour is a cloudy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is passion fruit hops. Flavor is a little less than the aroma let on. Still has some tropical fruit hops with a little green onion finish. Pretty good pale ale.

Pour is a clear straw color with a large white head. Aroma is both parts bready pils malt and grass herbal hops. Flavor is likewise. Nice cracker malt with an extra herbal hops. Nothing wrong here.

Pour is a clear leather brow with a huge tan head. Aroma is nutty and biscuity. Flavor is again roasted nuts, biscuits and fresh crushed grain. A little honey malt is left on the tongue as this goes down. This was not an average vienna, this was super toasted grain flavorful.

Tap at Hopewell. Billed as a West Coast Pils but leans into the Mosaic hard...really juicy. No bitterness, pretty much a session juicy IPL. Really tasty brew, just doesn't satisfy any variation of Pils.

Tap at Hopewell. Tap at Hopewell. As is typical there, not the greatest pour, highly doubtful that you get .5L of beer. Either way, a pretty nice beer. Deep malt tone. Pleasantly lacking any spices or flavoring. Really nice beer. Delicate, bready, not unlike a Bock but a little cleaner. Really good.

Tap at Hopewell. Smooth, easy, classical. Smoke is rather mild, but present. Refreshing, delicious.
