Sounded so excellent; gin barrel aged saison with lime? Sign me up! Pours clear golden, small off-white head, a bit of lacing. Aroma is Saison yeast, lime, hint of barrel. Flavor is weirdly sweet, light. bitter. Hot. Light gin botanicals but otherwise a tad sickly. Disappointing.

Bottle. Pours hazy hazel, small beige head, some lacing. Aroma is dark sugar, dates, lightly vinous, oak, brandy. Flanks is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. A bit hot.
