Tall can @ Benzai's Anti-Carnival Valentine's Day Tasting, Feb 26. 10% jai alai.. what a treat. Lovely old school business, solid amber malt base, sharp hoppy bite, pokey in a nice way, and dare I say it sessionable in feel.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy deep mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of port, dates and balsamico. Sweet with full body anz rounded, oily mouthfeel. Toffee and port. Intensely warming quite bitter finish.

750ml Bottle. At the February DCBeer share. Poured a pitch black motor oil color, brown head. Aroma was a little bit of alcohol, with a blastoff maple, and milk chocolate, vanilla. Super smooth, you get a little bit of alcohol but it is smooth as silk. Delicious and flavorful with a little bit of melted milk chocolate and a blast of maple. Very nice.

Can shared at Anti-Carnavalstasting 2026. Clear orangy amber color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is a bit malty, heavy hoppy. Flavor is malts, heavily hopped, strong sticky hoppy. Good, very good.

First trip after august, thanks my covid friend. A classical and decent citra pale ale with a first fruity note of strawberry and after, it is becoming more bitter and citrus, floral and not so sour for a citra style pale ale, dry malt, 14.01.21, in my room hotel, Paris.

Sampled from the tap at the Spruce street location. Pours a dark brown with a light brown head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has bourbon and vanilla that is cut by some chocolate and slightly sweet dark grains. Flavor has a nice combination of chocolate, bourbon and vanilla with growing dark grains.

Sampled from the cask at the Spruce street location. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma combines earthy roast and woody smoke with a dark grain backbone. Flavor has smoke and earthy dark grains with a roast that grows through the finish.
