Bottle of 2017, coming from the sterk, Amsterdam. Opening it for the 10th year birthday of my daughter, sharing it with my wife and her sister. A greay piece of art for the lips, complex and powerful imperial stout to wake up the death people!!!!!! 21.02.22, at Epalinges.

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours an oily black with no head whatsoever. Aroma is pepper forward supported by dark grains, roasted malts and a rich cinnamon note. Flavor has a strong combination of vanilla, peppers and cinnamon with sweet dark grains supporting. Peppers sit on the tongue a bit.

2025 bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has a strong coconut and abit of pepper supported by sweet dark grains and bourbon. Flavor has a nice coconut and dark grains with growing bourbon, some pepper and a growing cinnamon in the finish.

On the last saturday with our mexican tacos on the Swiss way. An impression to drink a cocktail from Cuba, this one is really sour, tart, dry malt with a note of green lemon, peppermint, hop, a bit rough at the mouth, 14.03.22, at Epalinges.
