Hazy gold in color with a two-finger head. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus fruit. Taste is also tropical fruit and citrus fruit with a boozy finish.

Can from Beer Republic. Lots of orange with notes of grapefruit, malt, lightly some pine. Medium bitter with a light sweetness. Light to medium body. Good, not as great as regular Jai Alai ofcourse, but a decent session variety.

Stovepipe van Beer Republic. Gouden kleur, witte kraag. Hoppig, vooral grassig, licht kruidig, moutig, hint van caramel, marmelade, sinaasappel, flink bitter. Afsluiter van een dag vol kneiters van bieren dus niet de beste en meest eerlijke review. Nu degelijk.

Solodome / master level.
Pours black, darkly tanned, medium small, medium low stability head. Scent is roasty, chocolate, mild vanilla. Showing some of the age (nearly 10 y old at this point) , but not troublesome. hints of soy. Taste is full, roasty, still quite a bit of barrel heath. Silky mouthfeel, fairly thick especially since its 10 y old, both in age, as well as how imperial stouts were simply less thick back than. Dark chocolate, some vanilla (not very loud) . Quite boozy (not over the top, but surely high) Notes of coffee (roasted). Malt-forward beer but rather balanced. Has an ever-so-slight spicy note to it as well. Medium low carbo. Not bad, especially concidering it's age.

A perfect brown ale, side of roasted malt, mineral side in relation with the notes of coffee, vanilla, sweet and dry, classical hop, 22.11.2019, Hoofdroop, during a stay in a very nice house

Thanks grandmother to give me an original brown ale, remembering the sweetness of this season, warm side of Indian chai, cynamon, biscuits, ginger bread, raisin and a lot of generous flavour, hop that it is classical at the final, 15.12.2020, drinking it at Epalinges
