Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, moderate to heavy yeasty, horse blanket, soap, spicy. Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and yeast, leading to a dry finish where notes of over ripe fruits appears.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy golden with a small egg white head. Yeasty and hoppy. Lots of citrus fruit and a bit of barnyard. Even some brett. Ends dry. Quite good!
