Description
We do this because we love it.
We love that it challenges us artistically and intellectually. We love it because it tests our patience in a world that screams by. We love it because there is success in every failure. We love it because it brings us together in a time where divisiveness is pervasive.
Barclay Brewing is a small brewery which primarily focuses on barrel-aged beers. Although the focus is barrel-aged we do release non barrel-aged beers as well. Keep an eye out for stouts, IPAs, lagers, and other classic styles.
You can find Barclay Brewing Co. operating out of Twelve Percent Beer Project where the incredibly talented staff is helping us to articulate our vision.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A somewhat oily looking and, near opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly dark tan head, ephemeral. Soft airy dark malts, a soft but rich dark chocolate, creamy dark chocolate. Mild vanilla. Huge bourbon. Ripe fruity bourbon. Some bourbon and alcohol spice. Airy finish. Yeah, digging these Barclays brews. More please!

Bottle at CBJ Tasting. Opaque and glossy darkness. Aroma is sweet and boozy with mocha and dark fruits. Flavourwise it's initially smooth with coffee and dark fruits before booze kicks in. Thick. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long finish. Noice.

Tasting at CBJ, thanks to Wingman. Opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly dark tan head. Airy palate, decent fine carbonation. Good dark chocolate, a little milk chocolate and a little more dark chocolate. Abundant apple brandy, brings a nice bright boozy vibe. Smooth finish. Not overly complex but, very fucken drinkable.
