16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Deep Amber appearance with FaceTime head no retention. Aroma is toffee, toasted grains and a mild cocoa hint.This brew is medium bodied. Malt dominates from start to finish as the style is known for Decent character to it with the mild cocoa hint making it just a bit different. Good.

1 pint can. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is citrusy and peach hoppy. Bitter, citrusy and peach fruity. Dry. Lingering hoppy. crisp and citrusy finish.

16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. (I believe I single handily keep this beer store in business) Stimulating the economy one beer at a time.... Appearance is a cloudy orange with average carbonation level. Aroma is moderate pineapple, grapefruit, and the faintest grass hint.
The largest character of this brew is the citrus. The citrus and pineapple is so bold it is hard to pick out the Mosaic in here. When it warms a touch of grass or pine. The malt bill is just enough to balance and does not come off with too much caramel. (thankfully). Bitterness doesn’t overwhelm or it is hidden pretty well. Overall, this was a nice surprise because I wasn’t expecting much here based on the other brews I have sampled from this establishment. Worth a try if you are in or around Maine.

Poured from can thanks Airforcehops hazy amber with a nice white head. Aromas of caramel floral notes and citrus. Taste is citrus lots of caramel.

The base of the beer is caramel malts. Thankfully it doesn’t get to sweet. The floral and pine notes are nice with a mild level of bitterness. Maybe hints of grass. 7 or 8 years ago this would have been top tier. Right now it just will get lost in the shuffle of so many other IPA’s being brewed in New England. Good, no flaws, still very drinkable when fresh.

From a bottle: pours orange with a white head... not quite a blonde. Aroma is bready and a bit sugary with not much hoppy aroma. Taste is a bit sweet. Easy to drink and not very complex. Not sure what they were trying to get at here.

650 ml bottle purchased at RSVP Liquors by Willrunforbeer. Hazy gold with a Amber hue. Aroma shows pine, caramel, with herbal tones.
The flavor of shows a bit to much caramel. Lots of Crystal malt. The pine try’s to balance the sweetness but it doesn’t quite accomplish that. I wish I could find the Citra hops but can’t. Very low bitterness.

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops cola black pour with a one finger tan head. Aromas of roasted malt coffee and a hint of chocolate. Taste is not bad but a little thin with notes of roasted malt at the fore front and hint of coffee in the finish.
