Bottle 33cl. from Boerenjongens food shop, IJburg @home poured into a shaker. Almost clear pale amber colour, good frothy white head, slowly diminishing, thin layer remains, heavy lacing. Aroma pale malts, orange, mango, tangerine, light pine resin. Juicy taste, medium bitter and sweet, malty, orange, mango, lemon, grapefruit, pine resin. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, chalky notes, resinous notes, fresh, well-balanced, very nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', bottled in February 2022. Clear, amber with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, a little dank aroma of passion fruit, pineapple and light green peppers. Slightly sweet, quite fruity-floral, moderately danj taste of passion fruit, pineapple, green peppers and some carambola, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. The Mosaic is definitely very prominent, and it's a bit smoother than the 'Hop' variant. Same score anyway.

Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, a little resiny aroma of orange, tangerine and light pine. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of orange, tangerine, some grapefruit and hints of pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry and a bit resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice IPA!

0.75 l bottle from 'Drankgigant.nl', bottled in November 2021. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, slightly grassy and a bit yeasty aroma of lemon peel, apricot, light banana and a touch of pineapple. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, quite fruity-floral, slightly grassy taste of pineapple, apricot, lemon peel, light honey and hints of banana, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly grassy, a bit yeasty finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty Blond!

Bottle, 5.6%. Fruity, citric and metallic aroma. Cloudy dark copper colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off with some vanilla and a mild lemony note. OK malty. A little papery.

Glas gedronken tijdens bierwandeling. Robijnrood tot donkerbruin bier met beige schuim. Smaak van donker fruit en licht houtig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Geprobeerd tijdens de Oirschotse Winterbier wandeling met LiekevdV, Inoven, BartvG en HilligvG. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een mooie beige schuim. Het heeft een zoete en kruidige geur. De smaak is kruidig en warm met een herkenbare jagermeister afdronk.
