Pretty late rating. 33 cl bottle from the Bird boys, thanks! Deep brown color with yeast particles floating through it. Big dense off white head, with good retention and some lacing. Aroma’s: sweet, sweet fruit, light spices. Retronasal it’s sweetish, roasted, light fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. average carbonation. Finishes above moderate bitter, light drop.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 09 Sep 2018, 33 cl sample. Perfectly clear golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of piney and grapefruity hops, slight herbal and some toffee malt. Medium piney bitterness, crisp. Slight herbal tea is the only minir flaw I could name, as this is just plain good session stuff.

Bottle shared at home. Black with light tan head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts, milky chocolate, koetjesreep, chocoladesigaretten, light smoked ham. Moderate sweet and bitter. Under medium body, creamy milk chocolate texture. Nice dry grassy hoppy boost in the finish.

Bottle @ home. Pretty decent session IPA. Hops, fruity, fresh. Slightly watery and a bit too malty though. There are better ones out there but I wouldn’t turn it dowb if someone offered it to me

Bottle at home. Near clear golden with white head. Sweet and dry malts, barley, grain, hay, light caramel, citrus, sweet onions, rhubarb sour, sourdough, white pepper, sweaty funk. Light sweet and moderate bitter, light sour edges. Medium body, soft carbonation through a moderate malty and light minerallike texture. Andere koekoek it is for sure! I like where this is going but the body is still too sweet and not nearly complex enough to be a real standout.
