From a local supermarket. Deep amber with visible floaters. A creamy white head lingers. Dank aroma with papaya and citrus undertones. Taste is bittersweet up front, bitter at the back with lingering resin and a slightly metallic character. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Malt-forward for an IPA. Okay, but not worth the alcohol.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Søgaard tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, malt and has a nice roasty finish.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy orange/yellow feat. a decent white head. Aroma of bananas, yeast and honey. Taste of caramel, yeast, clove, bananas, herbs, alcohol and spice. Initial sweetness turns to bitterness and a dry finish. Medium carbonation. Ok in it’s own right but not a particular good Tripel per se.
