Bottle picked up from REWE, Mainburg, consumed at home Wednesday 29th September 2021, listening to Tom Ravenscroft on 6 Music, cooking Salmon, French Bean, Anchovies and Potato Traybake. Hazy mid orange gold with a white head. Really quite bitter, soft moutheel, dry finish, fruity, it's better than expected.

(bottle 0,33l) Overall: Too grassy in taste, otherwise good, unusual tropical fruit hoppy. Aroma: Tropical fruits, light sweet. Appearance: Light hazy yellow. Persistent white head. Taste: Grassy hoppy, tropical fruits, light sweet, light bitter. Palate: Medium body. Light harsh bitter finish.

Ordentlich gestopft, trotz 8% nicht boozy.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.08.2022) im 2021-06 getrunken. Dieses orange-braune Bier kommt mit einer kräftigen Schaumkrone daher. In der Nase und am Gaumen kommt der Bierstil Tripel schon recht deutlich daher. Allerdings ist es allesanders als geschmeidig oder kann mit ein Karmeliet nun so gar nicht mithalten. In der Nase ist eine leite Bananennote deutlich. Am Gaumen wird dieses Aroma von einer deutlich Hopfenbitterkeit und einer Kräuternote überlagert. Ein ganz nettes Bier aber noch ein Zweites davon brauche nich nicht im Glas.
