Keg at the Malmo Taproom, RBESG ’15 day 2, 21/08/15. Very lightly hazed golden amber topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is pissy, wood must, grandads shed, tarte fruit rinds, damp straw. Taste comprises tarte citrics, red berry, wood must, earthy, light brett. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light rising acidity. Decent sour.

On tap @Stavio (Rome). Pours a coca cola color with a medium to little off-white head. Aroma of chinotto, Fernet Branca, bergamot, herbal, medicin. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter-sour end. Medium to high body, medium carbonation. Weird, rough.

[ As Black Barrels Chellerina ].Clear medium pale amber orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sour, berries, citric. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, fruit sour - tart cherry woody, fruit - berry sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150821]
