Sample from 50 cl bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin, white head. Tart aroma with balsamico, red Wine barrel, red grapes, fruits and lightly toasted notes. Tart cherries. Taste is sour. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and tart fruity. Excellent.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of wood, brettanomyces, oxidation, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of acidic with notes of wood, brettanomyces, roasted malt, and a bit of oxidation, leaing to a tart finish.
