750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, some crunchy grains, and a touch of earthiness. Flavour is grainy and rustic, with tart citrus, toasted grains, rustic notes, and a bit of crunchy vegetal notes. Rustic and bright, but I want a more expressive farmhouse character and less vegetal character. Good.

Pale and hazy. No head. The aroma has a nice stone fruit hop, some pear, lychee. Good tartness, light wheat, big fruity character. Solid base beer, and bright hop. Drinks very well.

Pours a slightly hazed, golden colour with an amber hue, an off-white head, average and decent lacing. Wild, sour aromas with fresh apple juices, vinegar notes and hints of.... not maple, but oak-vanilla. If there is maple, it is a tad in the flavours, blending some mild sweetness, with the apples fruitiness, to the funkiness. A touch of wood and vanilla. Thankfully, after swirling the end of the bottle, getting a touch of maple. Was expecting more of a Triple, and maple - but no, got a nice funky-apple brew instead.
